My writing/typewriter room and my favorite desktop machine...

1933 Royal 10 which unofficially has an almost permanent residence on my desktop.
The strike-thru blog I mentioned can be viewed if you click this link:  http://www.strikethru.net/  I believe this was one of the first blogs on the typosphere.  It is very much worth taking a peek.
Sort of post scriptum the house I live in was built in 1930 and though it is a little slummy and hasn't been totally well cared for it is pretty classy with its hardwood floors.  It was advertised as a "bungalow" and when I first saw it my imagination went wild and I still see it as a classic old-style writer's hideaway.  The wood floors and the porch are what sold me.
There is still room for more, but perhaps I should have bought three shelves?
